Members must successfully complete KYC verification — by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., UMID, Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID) — before any withdrawal request will be processed. ph775 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on ph775. The existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

5. Account Security & Responsibility

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ph775 offers a range of promotional offers including, but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to the Member's PHP Wallet following successful deposit and, where applicable, opt-in via the Rewards section of the Platform.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph775 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ph775.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph775 shall not be liable to any Member for:

ph775 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;

• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe;
